Mikawa Textile Research Institute
The industry of textile has a close relation to our lifestyles, and also is a
traditional industry. The textile industry of the Aichi Prefecture forms one of the
leading textile production area in Japan. Especially, Mikawa District is characterized as
the production area of cotton staple fiber fabrics and industrial materials. We prepare
environment for the research and the test of quality, and provides technical support
instead of enterprises in Mikawa District to develop them permanency. We also give counsel
and advice on the technology and information to coexistence with local enterprises.
